The Song of Joan of Arc By Christine de Pisan Stanza 7
But now I wish to relate just how
God accomplished this through His grace.
I pray for His guidance lest I omit anything
worthy of being remembered by the human race.
May it be told everywhere and may it
be written down, no matter the look,
or whom it may displease, recorded
in many a chronicle and history-book!
Original in French
Mais or vueil raconter comment
