The Trial of Joan of Arc or Procès de Jeanne d'Arc by Robert Bresson is an excellent film covering the trial and execution of St. Joan of Arc. Made in 1962 the screenplay was created by Bresson using the actual records from Joan's trial. Florence Delay gives a convincing performance as Joan and Jean-Claude Fourneau portrays Bishop Pierre Cauchon. Running time 65 minutes.
